Express Delivery Product :-
I ordered a Charcoal Shirt worth 850Rs and it was expected to be delivered in a couple of days, and when that day came, a call from Fetise customer support saying the product production was stopped and hence cannot be delivered. They gave me two options for the refund, Full refund to my credit card and Credit amount in fetise. I chose full refund to my credit card and I got my money back within a week.
Overall: Excellent!
Reason: Excellent customer service and my trust in Fetise had grown many folds.
i post a complaint about my shoes after wearing it fro one tim its thread started coming out...no response for the complaints
